在Windows中要启动和停止Apache
Web服务器很简单，因为该服务器在Windows只是其中的一个应用程序而已。
只需要执行“开始\程序\Apache HTTP
Server\Control Apache Server\Start”就可以启动Apache Web服务器。
而执行“开始\程序\Apache HTTP
Server\Control Apache Server\Stop”就可以停止服务器的运行。
对于Unix系统中启动和停止Apache
Web服务器反而复杂一些。
不过对于那一种操作系统，如果在安装的时候采用了默认的参数设置，那么在Windows和Unix等操作系统启动的时候，Apache Web服务器都会自动启动。
